PORTFOLIO ESSENTIALS
In this section, I will include my Reflective Report which goes into detail about the goals of my portfolio as well as an evaluation of my work.
My two V&R maps which visually show my past, present and future use of technology. Which shows the individual sites I use/ed in my free time, and when making this portfolio.
I will include evidence of the planning that went into creating this site and its contents!
Lastly, you can find the links to my Linkedin profile and About.me page on the 'About' page.
V&R MAP 1
This is mapping technique is used to show an individuals use of technology. Visitor mode shows the use of an online service where the person has a goal or task e.g., Google. Resident mode shows the person's online presence where they are connecting with other people who use the same apps e.g., Facebook. they will often leave a digital trail when in Resident mode e.g, creating an account/ posting. When looking at my map you can see that for me, most of my resident section is full of social media. This is because I regularly use social media and have accounts for all these apps. Personal indicates that these apps are what the person uses in their everyday life, away from work/school. Whereas Institutional shows that these are the apps used when in a work/school environment. When relating this information to my map, you can see that Gmail is in personal whereas Outlook is in Institutional, even though they are basically the same, they have different purposes for me so are in different sections. This shows that I use Gmail for my everyday emails whereas I use Outlook for my University emails.

V&R MAP 2
When comparing my second V&R Map to my first you can see that there are some obvious changes. For example, since completing this portfolio I have expanded my use of technology and have incorporated more photo and video editing software into the apps that I frequently use. I now feel comfortable editing photos and videos and sharing them so others can see. I have actioned this by using FaceTune to edit any photos before they are uploaded to social media. Another change is that my Institutional Visitor section has become much larger. This is due to the different apps I have used when making this portfolio. Apps that have been added to my map because of this portfolio is Facetune, About.me, Trello, Wix and Adobe Spark. From this portfolio I feel confident using all of these apps and I will continue to use these in the future. From these maps you can see how my use of technology has changed for the better.

THE PLANNING...
My Trello Board
These boards are a visual representative of everything I did to plan and make this site, its contents and the whole portfolio.
With every update and change to this site it was documented on the board, as I wanted to have an accurate representation of the planning that was involved.
